Keith Rucker: NFL Player, NCAA Track & Field National Champion and All American, and Football Coach at Ohio Wesleyan University.

Keith was the youngest of 8 children, from a single-parent (mother) household. His mother, Shirley and brother Willie were major influecnes on him, teaching him the value of hard work and having very high expectations for not only himself, but for those around him.

He graduated from Shaker High School in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Throughout high school, he played football, basketball and participated in track and field. In football, he was All-Conference for four years and All-State his junior and senior year. In basketball, he was All-Conference for two years. In track and field, he was All-Conference and All-State for four years.

Keith attended Ohio Wesleyan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education. During his collegiate career, he continued to excel in three sports, football, basketball and track & field.

In track & field, Keith was a 7-time All-American and a 4-time National Champion in the shot put and discus. This accomplishment earned him a spot in the NCAA Track & Field Hall of Fame.

In football, Keith was an All-American status each year he attended Ohio Wesleyan, where he was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame. Also, he was the first Division III football player in history to be invited to play in the Hula Bowl, a collegiate All-Star game for seniors played in Hawaii.

In basketball, Keith was All-Conference, averaging 10 ppg & 9 rpg.

After college, he went on to play for 7 years in the National Football League (NFL), playing for the Phoenix Cardinals, Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Redskins and Kansas City Chiefs.

In 2004, Keith established the Reach 4 The Sky foundation, to give children the same life-learning opportunities afforded to him.

Keith is currently a football Coach at Ohio Wesleyan University. He is married to Cathy Rucker and is the father of five children, Breanna, Keith Jr., Wil, Jordan, and Adam.
